Available Positions

 

Mortgage Processor (Full-Time)

Are you someone who has a desire to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented team environment who thrives on understating the rules and regulations while developing specific job knowledge?  Then we would like to talk to you!

This full-time Mortgage Processor position will work at our Fremont, MI branch. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide exceptional member service by assisting members with completing mortgage and Home Equity loan applications
  • Order credit reports, flood determinations, title commitments, surveys, and appraisals
  • Process and prepare underwriting packages for contract underwriting for loans sold on the secondary market
  • Ensure compliance with underwriting conditions

Candidates who are looking for a great work environment, can achieve goals consistently and efficiently, want to work for an established organization with a history of growth and has the skills/background below, should apply.

  • Excellent customer service skills and with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Knowledge of state and federal law governing real estate lending desirable
  • Prior processing experience preferred

Member Service Representative (Full-Time)

Are you someone who is approachable, patient, accommodating with a desire to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented team environment?  Then we would like to talk to you!

This full-time Member Service Representative position will work at our Fremont, MI branch. Responsibilities include:

  • Meet with members and receive member telephone calls to assist with inquires, solve problems and answer questions.
  • Process various non-cash transactions for members
  • Open new accounts, inform members of appropriate products and services, set up payroll deductions, direct deposits, address changes, etc.

Candidates who are looking for a great work environment, can achieve goals consistently and efficiently, want to work for an established organization with a history of growth and has the skills/background below, should apply.

  • Excellent customer service skills and experience with an outgoing personality
  • Understanding of basic accounting and checkbook reconciliation
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Prior Teller experience desirable
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and telephone manner
