Available Positions
Branch Manager
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager. If you are an enthusiastic, member-centric, and quality-focused individual who is passionate about helping members with all their financial services needs and with extensive experience coaching, mentoring and leading team members to deepen member relationships while creating a cohesive team within the Branch, we would like to hear from you!
This position requires extensive experience in both lending operations (consumer loans, home equity loans, IRAs, and Trusts) and people management. Candidates must bring proven leadership skills, with experience overseeing teams, managing performance, and developing staff, while ensuring operational excellence in lending services. This role requires availability for Saturday morning shifts on a limited basis, generally one or two times a month.
The ideal candidate will need to meet these minimum requirements for the position:
- Two years college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school. Additional college coursework in business or finance is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience with an outgoing personality
- Two to five years of similar experience with a financial institution or other lending industry
- Formal management and/or leadership training (certification is preferred)
- NMLS ID# required or eligible to obtain
