Financial Services Representative with Lending Experience (Full-Time, Newaygo)
Seeking a full-time Financial Services Representative with lending experience to join our trusted team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient, member-centric, and quality-focused individual who will be passionate about helping members with all their financial service needs from helping them on the teller line to opening new accounts as well as lending, IRA, and Trust account needs.
The ideal candidate will need to meet these minimum requirements for the position:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Prior experience in lending with a financial institution or other lending industry
- Minimum of two years of similar or related experience

Head Teller (Full-Time, Fremont)
Seeking an individual who can deliver exceptional service to our members while being a servant leader to the Tellers and creating a cohesive team environment.
If you are this person and possess the following attributes, then we would like to hear from you!
- Experience with team development, performance management, training and employee coaching
- Overseeing and providing leadership to tellers on effective service and referral techniques, service expectations, and compliance guidelines, while modeling the same
- Analytical, quality focused and technically oriented.
The ideal Head Teller candidate will need to meet the minimum requirements for this position outlined below:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge of teller operations, procedures, and knowledge of basic accounting
- Two to three years of similar or related experience as a Teller at a full-service financial institution
- Proven managerial experience, training and organizational skills

Mortgage Processor (Full-Time, Fremont)
Are you someone who has a desire to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented team environment who thrives on understating the rules and regulations while developing specific job knowledge? Then we would like to talk to you!
This full-time Mortgage Processor position will work at our Fremont MI branch. Responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional member service by assisting members with completing mortgage and Home Equity loan applications
- Order credit reports, flood determinations, title commitments, surveys, and appraisals
- Process and prepare underwriting packages for contract underwriting for loans sold on the secondary market
- Ensure compliance with underwriting conditions
Candidates who are looking for a great work environment, can achieve goals consistently and efficiently, want to work for an established organization with a history of growth and have the skills/background below, should apply.
- Excellent customer service skills and with a high degree of attention to detail
- Knowledge of state and federal law governing real estate lending is desirable
- Prior processing experience preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and telephone manner
