Available Positions

Human Resources Manager

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading conversations, communicate effectively, and are passionate about delivering high-quality service while building strong relationships, we want to hear from you!

This position requires professional HR generalist experience with a focus on recruitment, retention, onboarding, and colleague relations—ensuring compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement and legal standards. Responsibilities also include oversight of total rewards programs (benefits, compensation, and 401(k) administration) and managing training and development for new hires, promotions, and ongoing competency-based learning.

The ideal candidate will need to meet these minimum requirements for the position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or an equivalent combination of formal training and experience.
  • PHR, SPHR, and SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification within 1 year.
  • Three to five years’ experience in a related field with equal responsibilities
  • Knowledge of modern principles and practices of human resources administration.
  • Knowledge of laws, procedures, and rules of the government agencies under which the Credit Union operates.

Financial Services Representative with Lending Experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient, member-centric, and quality-focused individual who will be passionate about helping members with all their financial service needs from helping them on the teller line to opening new accounts as well as lending, IRA, and Trust account needs.

The ideal candidate will need to meet these minimum requirements for the position:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Prior experience in lending with a financial institution or other lending industry
  • Minimum of two years of similar or related experience

Reception Clerk (Part-Time: ~15 hrs/week)

A friendly smile, outgoing personality, customer service and some computer skills are the main requirements for this position. This position is responsible for projecting a professional positive image as a representative of the credit union in receiving members and guests.
