Protecting Your Data is Our Top Priority!

At Gerber Federal Credit Union, we believe protecting the privacy and security of our members' accounts is our most important responsibility.

When we discover a data breach at retailers like Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, or Wesco we take action immediately to change account numbers and issue new credit and debit cards for members who were affected. And, in many cases, we can't even tell you which merchant caused the breach even though we are working to protect your account from the fraud.

The current system is broken and needs to be fixed. That’s why we need your help! Reach out to Congress and tell them to Stop the Data Breaches!

The possibility of having your personal financial data stolen is enough of a burden. You shouldn't have to worry about who is going to clean up the mess if there is a breach. Unfortunately, data breaches have continuously been an issue over the past few years.
