Audio Teller Service Discontinuation – October 1, 2025
As of October 1, 2025, our Audio Teller service (automated telephone banking) will be discontinued.
This change comes as our service provider has chosen to retire the platform. While this was not a decision made by Gerber FCU, we’re committed to making the transition as smooth as possible for our members.
You can continue to manage your accounts anytime through Digital Banking on your computer, smartphone, or tablet. And as always, our Member Service team is here to help at (231) 924-4880, option 2.
