At Gerber Federal Credit Union, the health and well-being of our members, employees and the communities we serve is our top priority. We continue to monitor details regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our members and employees as the situation evolves.  

We strongly encourage you to use our e-Services; Mobile Teller mobile banking, Web Teller online banking and Touch-Tone Teller audio banking. You can check balances, transfer funds, deposit checks, pay bills or find the nearest ATM. To enroll in Mobile Teller, visit the Apple App Store or the Google Play store to download the app and click ‘Enroll’. To enroll in Web Teller, visit and follow the prompts in the upper right corner where it says ‘Web Teller’. If you need assistance getting started, please contact Member Service at 1 (800) 338-3746, option 2.

Gerber FCU has contingency plans in place that are designed to prevent service disruptions due to coronavirus impacts, as we do for a number of other scenarios. These include remote access capabilities, alternate work locations for employees and continuity plans for critical operations. In addition, our management team is communicating with our employees about illness prevention; this includes guidance issued by the CDC. The CDC recommends everyday preventative actions to help stop the spread of germs. The CDC provides more detailed coronavirus information on its website at
